The Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong (POP) and Centre for Social Policy Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (CSPS) are commissioned by the Secretariat of the “Occupy Central with Love and Peace” (OCLP) to organize the “"Constitutional Reform Deliberation Day" Voting”, which encourages members of the general public to elect their most supported proposals for the 2017 CE Election from a list of 15 different proposals by the means of e-voting or a paper ballot. |
